Pump covers, impellers, and shaft sleeves are made by overall sinter-forging with metal inserts and fluoroplastic, sealed with an external bellows mechanical seal, with a static ring made of 99% alumina ceramic or silicon nitride, and a dynamic ring filled with PTFE material. They are corrosion and wear-resistant, suitable for transporting highly corrosive media under stringent conditions such as any concentration of sulfuric acid, strong alkalis, organic solvents, and reductants. They are among the most corrosion-resistant equipment in the world today.
