Primary Application:

1. ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, designed for transporting clean water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties, suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressure boosting, garden irrigation, fire-fighting pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC cooling and heating cycles, bathroom hot and cold water circulation boosting, and equipment matching. Operating temperature: T < 80°C.

2. The IRG vertical hot water pump is suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, as well as for high-temperature hot water boosting and circulation in boilers for restaurants, bathhouses, hotels, etc. It is used for urban housing heating circulation pumps with temperatures below 120°C.

3. The GRG type vertical high-temperature centrifugal pump is widely used in: energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, as well as in restaurants, bathrooms, hotels, and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressure boosting circulation supply and urban residential heating circulation pumps. Service temperature below 240°C.

4. IHG vertical single-stage stainless steel centrifugal pump for conveying liquids without solid particles, corrosive, and with viscosity similar to water. Suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food & pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, with operating temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 120℃.

5. YG type pipeline oil pump, designed for transporting gasoline, diesel, and other petroleum products, with a medium temperature range of -20℃ to +120℃.

6. IHGB Type Vertical Explosion-Proof Stainless Steel Chemical Centrifugal Pump, suitable for transferring flammable chemical liquids.

7. ISGD, IRGD, GRGD, IHGH, YGD, IHGBD vertical low-speed centrifugal pumps, suitable for applications with very low environmental noise requirements and air conditioning circulation, etc.

Product Features:

The IHGB vertical stainless steel explosion-proof centrifugal pump features a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters aligned on a single centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, offering a compact and aesthetically pleasing design with minimal footprint and low construction costs. With a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.

2. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor's long shaft, featuring a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearing arrangement is optimized for effective balancing of radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, ensuring smooth operation, minimal vibration, and low noise.

3. Axial seals are equipped with mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals, utilizing imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-duty high-temperature mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant sealing, effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seals.

4. Easy installation and maintenance; no need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply remove the pump housing nut to pull out all the rotor components.

5. Pumps can be utilized in series or parallel configurations based on the required flow rate and head.

6. Pumps can be installed in either vertical or horizontal configurations as per the pipeline layout requirements.

Work Conditions:

1. The IHGB vertical stainless steel explosion-proof centrifugal pump has an suction pressure of ≤1.0MPa, or a maximum working pressure of the pump system of ≤1.6MPa, meaning the suction pressure plus pump head ≤1.6MPa. The static test pressure of the pump is ≤2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when placing an order. If the working pressure of the pump system exceeds 1.6MPa, it should be mentioned separately at the time of ordering to ensure cast steel material is used for the overflow and connection parts during manufacturing.

2. Environmental temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 40%.

3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is less than 0.2mm.

Note: If using a medium with fine particles, please specify at the time of ordering so that our factory can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
