I. Overview of ISG Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pumps:

ISG series single-stage single-suction centrifugal pipeline pumps are the result of our technical staff, in collaboration with domestic pump experts, selecting top domestic hydraulic models and adopting the performance parameters of IS type centrifugal pumps. These pumps are cleverly designed by combining the features of general vertical pumps. Additionally, based on the ISG model, they are adapted for hot water and high-temperature applications according to different usage temperatures and media. The series of pipeline centrifugal pumps boasts high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance. They comply with the latest national machinery department standard JB/T53058-93. The products are designed and manufactured according to the international ISO 2858 standard and passed the unified inspection for pipeline pump products by the national machinery industry department in 1993.

Section II: Features of ISG Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pumps:

1. The centrifugal pump for pipeline is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters aligned on a single central axis. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, featuring a compact and aesthetically pleasing design with minimal floor space and low construction costs. With a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.

2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, featuring a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearing arrangement is optimized, effectively balancing radial and axial loads generated during pump operation. This ensures smooth pump operation with minimal vibration and noise.

3. Axial seals utilize mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals, incorporating imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-duty high-temperature mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant sealing, effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seals.

4. Pipe centrifugal pumps are easy to install and maintain; no need to dismantle the piping system. Simply unscrew the pump flange nuts to remove all the rotor components.

5. Centrifugal pumps can be operated in series or parallel configurations according to the specific requirements for flow rate and head.

6. Pumps can be installed in either vertical or horizontal configurations to meet pipeline layout requirements.
