Overview
The CZ-Z standard chemical pump is an improved new product designed to address issues such as short bearing service life, frequent replacements, and frequent leakage due to mechanical seal problems, as well as low pump efficiency in CZ pumps. The CZ-Z standard chemical pump features the following characteristics:
1. All bearings are made of Swedish SKF and Japanese NTN, offering reliable performance and longer lifespan compared to domestic bearings.
2. Utilizing imported mechanical seals ensures that leakage in the mechanical seals meets the requirements of advanced industrial countries during the conveyance of high temperatures, high pressures, low temperatures, and special mediums.
3. Improvements have been made to the hydraulic surge components to meet energy-saving requirements, resulting in a corresponding increase in pump efficiency.
4. The cz—z type standard chemical pump maintains the same structural type, installation dimensions, and performance range as the CZ type pump, facilitating the upgrade and transformation of old installations.
5. The CZ-Z type standard chemical pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump, meeting the DIN 24256/ISO 2858 standards for dimensions and performance.
6. The performance of the CZ-Z standard chemical pump includes all the features of the IH-Z (IH) series standard chemical pump, which are interchangeable with the single IH-Z (IH) pump units.

Transport low or high-temperature liquids; neutral or corrosive liquids; clean or liquid containing solid particles. Particularly applicable to: chemical and petrochemical industries, refineries, paper mills and pulp industry, and sugar industry.

Characteristics curve is flat, cavitation margin low, and efficiency high. These characteristics are maintained even under sub-load conditions.
Structural Features
The pressure acting on the shaft seal is balanced by the balancing holes in the shrouds or impeller. The shaft seal can be sealed with soft packing (either cooled or uncooled) or with various single and double-end mechanical seals (balanced type available). Ball bearings can use imported bearings for durability, with ample shaft diameter dimensions to ensure smooth operation. Some pump bodies are designed with a double volute to balance radial forces. The bearing housing, including the shaft, impeller, and packing support, forms a composite component, allowing for pump body maintenance without removing it from the pipeline (the motor does not need to be removed if an extended coupling is used). The flange design is available in PN16 and PN25 (depending on material differences). It is also compatible with ANSI 125 lb/in² or 150 lb/in².
