I. Product Overview:


The FY submersible pump is a new type of pump produced by our company through improved design based on the traditional corrosion-resistant submersible pumps, integrating advanced technology from Sulzer's similar products. The FY submersible pump eliminates the commonly used mechanical seals of other submersible pumps and adopts a unique impeller structure, making the pump highly efficient, energy-saving, leak-proof, and with a long service life, thus widely used in industries such as oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, metallurgy, and wastewater treatment.


II. Product Features:


1. The FY submersible pump is a vertical submersible pump, with an aesthetically pleasing design. It is directly mounted on the storage vessel of the medium being conveyed, occupying no additional floor space, thereby reducing infrastructure investment.

2. Eliminated mechanical seals, resolving the hassle of frequent maintenance for other submersible pumps due to the wear of mechanical seals, saving pump operating costs and improving work efficiency.

3. Features a unique centrifugal double-balanced impeller for conveying clean media without solid particles, offering ultra-low vibration and noise with high efficiency; utilizes an open double-balanced impeller for transporting unclean liquids with solid particles and short fibers, ensuring smooth operation and no clogging.
