The FZB type fluoroplastic self-priming chemical pump is manufactured in accordance with international standards and combines the design and technology of non-metallic pumps. The pump body is lined with fluoroplastic on a metallic shell, with all flowing parts made of fluoroplastic alloy. The pump cover and impeller are all formed by sinter pressing a metallic insert encased in fluoroplastic. The shaft seal features an externally mounted advanced bellows mechanical seal. The static ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride), while the dynamic ring is filled with Teflon, offering excellent corrosion and wear resistance. Both the pump's inlet and outlet are reinforced with cast steel, enhancing its pressure resistance. Actual usage shows that this pump boasts advantages such as corrosion and wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, non-aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, easy disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.
