2BE Water Ring Vacuum Pumps and Compressors are high-efficiency, energy-saving products developed by our factory on the basis of years of scientific research achievements and production experience, integrating advanced technology from imported products. They are commonly used to aspirate gases that are free of solid particles, not soluble in water, and non-corrosive, for creating vacuum and pressure in sealed containers. By altering the structural materials, they can also be used to aspirate corrosive gases or work with corrosive liquids. The bearings of the 2BE type water ring vacuum pumps are all original imported NSK or NTN bearings, ensuring precise impeller positioning and high stability during operation.

The impellers of the 2BE type water ring vacuum pumps are all cast from nodular cast iron or welded from steel plates and stainless steel plates, ensuring the stability of the 2BE1 vacuum pump impellers under various harsh working conditions and significantly extending the service life of the 2BE1 vacuum pump.

The pump body is made entirely of steel plate or stainless steel plate, enhancing the service life of the 2BE1 vacuum pump.

The shaft sleeve of the 2BE1 vacuum pump, being the most vulnerable part, is entirely made of stainless steel in our company, which increases its lifespan by 5 times compared to ordinary materials.

Standard high-precision cone sleeve belt pulleys are used for the belt pulley (belt drive), ensuring reliable operation, long belt life, and easy disassembly.

Couplings (direct drive) feature standard high-tensile elastic couplings with polyurethane elastic elements, ensuring stable and reliable operation with a long service life.

Unique overhead air-water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.

Due to the series pumps' use of a thermal fit between the impeller and shaft, the shaft and bearing have a high safety factor, thus offering exceptional reliability. The impeller is welded, and both the wheel and blades are precision machined, fundamentally resolving the dynamic balance issue and ensuring smooth operation with low noise.

Due to the absence of inspection holes on the pump cover, it is convenient to inspect the internal structure, and the exhaust valve plate can be replaced without disassembling the pump. Additionally, the packing can be changed without removing the pump, making it easy to release.
