The Dry Vacuum Unit Series is a selection of systems developed on the basis of our independently researched dry pumps, designed to enhance evacuation speed. The Dry Vacuum Unit consists of a claw-type dry vacuum pump and a Roots vacuum pump in series, combining the advantages of both pumps for a compact structure and reliable operation. Once the claw pump reaches below 0.09 MPa, the Roots vacuum pump is activated. Within this pressure range, the Roots pump can exert its maximum evacuation speed, raising the ultimate pressure by an order of magnitude. It can maintain a stable vacuum for an extended period and effectively evacuate large quantities of condensable gases.

 

Dry vacuum units are used for: vacuum distillation, molecular distillation, vacuum drying, etc., in special working environments that require the extraction of substances such as alcohol, gasoline, water vapor, toxic gases, and corrosive gases.
