Product Introduction:

1. The XD type scroll vacuum pumps are all single-stage oil-sealed scroll vacuum pumps, which are the basic equipment for achieving vacuum, with the working principle shown in Figure 1.

2. The XD-type scroll vacuum pump has a coarse filter with a metal wire mesh installed at the suction port, which prevents solid foreign dust particles from entering the pump chamber. An exhaust transition with high-efficiency oil-gas separation is installed inside the oil separator. When the pump is stopped, an intake valve built into the suction port isolates the pump from the evacuated system, preventing pump oil from flowing back into the system. The pump is air-cooled. All pumps are driven by direct-connected motors through flexible couplings.

Application Scope:

The XD-type scroll vacuum pump is suitable for vacuum evacuation in sealed systems, such as vacuum packaging, vacuum forming, and vacuum suction.

2. Inlet Pressure Range: 100 Pa to 100,000 Pa; oil mist may be produced at the exhaust port of the vacuum pump if the pressure is outside this range. The operating environment temperature and intake gas temperature for XD type scroll vacuum pumps should be between 5℃ and 40℃.

3. The XD type scroll vacuum pump cannot remove water or other liquids. It is not suitable for removing explosive, flammable, highly oxygenated, or corrosive gases.

4. Standard motors supplied are not explosion-proof. For explosion-proof or other special requirements, the motor must comply with relevant standards.
