Overview

 

IHG Series Single-Stage Single-Suction Pipeline Chemical Pumps are a result of our in-house technical team collaborating with domestic pump experts, selecting top-tier hydraulic models domestically, and incorporating performance parameters from the IH centrifugal pump. These pumps are ingeniously designed through a clever combination of the general vertical pump structure. The series boasts high efficiency, energy-saving, low noise, and reliable performance, meeting the latest national machinery department standard JB/T53058-93. The products are designed and manufactured in accordance with the international ISO2858 standard.

 

IHGB Vertical Stainless Steel Explosion-Proof Chemical Centrifugal Pump, used for conveying flammable chemical liquids.

 

IHGBD Vertical Low-Speed Centrifugal Pump, suitable for applications with very low environmental noise requirements, such as air conditioning circulation.

 

Structural Features

 

IHG Type Structure Description:

 

1. Mechanical seals are pre-fitted with wear-resistant components, featuring upper sealing cooling and flushing holes on the pump cover. Suitable for applications where the pumped medium is volatile or crystallizes, this design extends the service life of the mechanical seal when dealing with small particles in the medium.

 

2. Pump and motor bearing assembly configuration ensures shaft operation accuracy and enhances the reliability of sealing.

 

3. Mechanical seals are made of hard alloy materials.

 

4. Easy installation and maintenance; no need to dismantle the pipeline system. Simply unscrew the pump coupling flange nuts to remove all rotor components.

5. The IHG single-stage single-suction pipeline chemical pump can be operated in series or parallel configurations to meet the requirements of flow rate and head pressure.

6. The IHG single-stage single-suction pipeline chemical pump can be installed in either vertical or horizontal orientation according to the requirements of the pipeline layout.
