The CQR vertical magnetic pipeline pump is a new type of pipeline pump developed by our company based on over a decade of experience in designing and manufacturing horizontal magnetic pumps. It combines the features of ISG type pipeline centrifugal pumps with the advantages of magnetic chemical pumps, representing the latest generation of leak-free pipeline centrifugal pumps.

 

II. Product Features:

 

1. The CQR vertical magnetic drive pipeline pump operates leak-free, capable of transporting flammable, explosive, highly toxic, and corrosive media.

2. The CQR vertical magnetic pipeline pump features superior material quality, with the pump body, impeller, and isolation sleeve, etc., all made of high-quality stainless steel.

3. The shaft sleeve is made of high-wear-resistant silicon carbide and tungsten carbide, the sliding bearings use Carbonstone M106K, and oil grooves are set to effectively ensure the pump's service life.

4. Vertical installation, compact structure, minimal footprint.

5. Low vibration, low noise, and exceptionally smooth operation.

6. The majority of pump components are interchangeable with the CQB series magnetic drive pumps, and the pump's performance is identical to that of the CQB series. Flow rate ranges from 3.2 to 100 m³/h; head from 20 to 80m; power from 0.75 to 75Kw.
