I. Product Overview:


The SGP type stainless steel pipeline pump is a novel pump developed for boosting and transferring fluids through pipelines, addressing the issue of low pipeline pressure. It boasts significant advantages over the currently used horizontal centrifugal pumps. With advanced mechanical seals and the motor shaft directly mounted with the impeller, it features high efficiency, low power consumption, compact structure, small size, light weight, and easy installation. It can also be used in series according to the required head and flow rate.


II. Product Applications:


1. The SG series general pipeline pumps are suitable for high-rise building water boosting, garden sprinkling, cooling tower water supply, long-distance water transportation, air conditioning, refrigeration flushing, and bathroom cold and warm water circulation pressurization. Operating temperature below 80°C.

2. The SGR series hot water pipeline pumps are suitable for high-temperature hot water pressure boosting circulation in industries such as heating and boiler. Operates at temperatures below 150°C.

3. The SGP series corrosion-resistant pipeline pumps are suitable for conveying corrosive media in process flows of food, pharmaceutical, brewing, and chemical industries, with operating temperatures below 80°C.

4. The SGB series explosion-proof pipeline pump is suitable for conveying non-corrosive liquids and is used in Class I fixed equipment in coal mine underground and in II A, II B grade factories. It is also used in other industrial places where explosive mixtures exist in temperature groups T1, T2, T3, and T4. The operating temperature should be below 80°C.

5. The SGPB series of anti-corrosion and explosion-proof pipeline pumps are suitable for conveying corrosive liquids in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, oil, and food. They are classified as Class I underground fixed equipment in coal mines and Class IIA, IIB in factories, for other industrial sites where explosive mixtures exist in temperature groups T1, T2, T3, and T4. The operating temperature is below 150°C.
