Features and Applications of ZJ Series Roots Vacuum Pumps:


The ZJ series Roots vacuum pumps are mainly composed of a pair of "8" shaped rotors rotating at high speed in synchronization and two semi-circular pump chambers. This pump cannot be used for exhaust alone and must be used in series with a primary pump (such as a slide valve pump, scroll pump, water ring pump, oil ring pump, etc.). By connecting the ZJ series Roots vacuum pump in series before the inlet of the primary pump, the vacuum level of the primary pump can be improved, significantly enhancing the pumping speed within the effective range. The ultimate pressure of the Roots vacuum pump is determined by the primary pump, and the data in the table represents the lowest ultimate pressure at standard configuration (paired with a two-stage oil-sealed mechanical vacuum pump). Roots pumps are widely used in vacuum casting, vacuum melting, vacuum degassing, vacuum coating industries, as well as in vacuum distillation and vacuum drying in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The ZJ series Roots vacuum pumps are insensitive to small amounts of dust.
