I. Product Overview:


The SNS vertical triple screw pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB10887-89.

The SNS vertical tri-screw pump is a rotary positive displacement pump, which operates based on the principle of screw meshing. It relies on the rotating screws meshing within the pump casing to enclose the medium being conveyed in the meshing chamber, and then continuously and uniformly pushes it along the screw shaft to the discharge outlet, providing a stable pressure for the system. The tri-screw pump is suitable for conveying various non-corrosive oils and similar oils as well as lubricating fluids. The viscosity range of the conveyed liquid is generally 3.0-760 mm²/S (1.2-100°E), and high-viscosity media can be transported after heating to reduce viscosity. The temperature is usually not more than 350°C.

The SNS vertical triple-screw pump is mainly used for transferring high-viscosity and high-temperature lubricating fluids. Commonly used for transporting materials such as asphalt, heavy fuel oil, and heavy gear oil. The heat carrier can be steam, hot oil, or hot water, while the cold carrier can be gas or liquid. This product is widely used in various industries including petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy, machinery, electrical, chemical fiber, glass, and highway.
