I. Product Application:


The WFZB self-priming pump with no seal and no leakage features temperature resistance, pressure resistance, wear resistance, "one-time drainage," and "lifetime self-priming." Currently, it is produced in various materials including PTFE-lined, polyether chloride, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, polypropylene, stainless steel, cast steel, pig iron, etc. It is widely used in industries such as electronics, electricity, chemicals, metallurgy, medicine, food, electroplating, environmental protection, fire fighting, municipal, water purification, textile dyeing and printing, and mining.


II. Product Features:


The WFZB non-sealed, non-leakage self-priming pump utilizes a non-leakage V-type sealing assembly, eliminating the traditional packing seal, gasket seal, and mechanical seal of water pumps, completely controlling "running, spilling, dripping, and leaking." It is the most ideal equipment to replace various long shaft submersible pumps, submersible pumps, and sludge pumps. The disadvantages of this structure pump are: one, liquid leaks outward along the shaft direction upon shutdown, which is not suitable for applications with frequent equipment startups; two, the auxiliary impeller consumes too much power, resulting in low pump efficiency.

The improved structure of the WFZB self-priming pump with no sealing and leakage features a sealing device, which serves three purposes: first, to enhance the pump's efficiency; second, to reduce the motor power; and third, to suppress the leakage phenomenon upon pump shutdown.

The sealing device during operation is non-friction and wear-free, with a lifespan 10 times longer than similar products. Adopting the principle of the vacuum pump and stable self-priming performance, it truly achieves "one-time priming, lifelong self-priming" with the "electrical air control valve." It boasts high efficiency, low vibration, low noise, flexible movement, easy disassembly, simple installation, and does not require anchoring. This eliminates the difficulties of transporting, installing, and maintaining long shaft submersible pumps. It has superior self-control functions and can be matched with high-tech fields and highly automated systems.
