Burning Method:
The atmospheric pressure hot water boiler utilizes a double-layer grate reverse combustion and natural ventilation method. The fuel is first ignited on the water pipe grate, and the flame after combustion passes through the water pipe grate to burn downwards. It combines with the flame of the remaining coal burning upwards on the cast iron grate, creating a "full firebox" effect. The high-temperature smoke and flame produced burn across the horizontally arranged water pipes, then surge forward again to burn the water pipes. After three rounds of surging and cooling, they are exhausted through the flue at the top of the boiler.
