Product Overview

The reactor is composed of the pot body, pot cover, agitator, electric heating oil clamp, support and transmission device, shaft seal, and overflow oil trough, and is equipped with electric heating rods and temperature and pressure gauges.

Due to varying production processes and operating conditions among users, mixers are typically formed into anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or box types. The support base comes in either suspended or supported styles.

The jacket is filled with thermal oil, heated by an electric heating rod. The jacket features openings for oil intake, exhaust, overflow measurement, venting, as well as connections for the electric heating rod and temperature measurement. The jacket's outer wall is welded with supports, and the bottom of the pot has an outlet for discharging material.
