The balanced foam ratio mixing device is a new type of foam extinguishing equipment that supplies foam mixture to foam fire protection systems. The foam liquid can be replenished during the system's operation, offering a larger storage capacity and higher reliability. It can continuously supply foam mixture to the system, enhancing the fire-fighting capability. Moreover, by using atmospheric pressure foam liquid storage tanks without capsules, the risk of capsule rupture is avoided, reducing maintenance costs and lowering the cost of pressure vessels, making the device highly cost-effective and better meeting the needs of modern large-scale foam fire protection projects.
Balanced foam ratio mixing unit main features:
1. The balanced valve dynamically adjusts the foam liquid volume entering the foam ratio mixer, ensuring the proper mixing ratio.
2. Foam liquid gear pumps made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel or bronze are used to supply foam liquid, allowing for a wide range of working pressure and flow rates of the foam mixture without the risk of rusting due to corrosion of the foam liquid.
3. Foam liquid storage tanks made of pressureless stainless steel, fiberglass, or polyethylene, with easy maintenance and high reliability.

4. The breathing valve maintains pressure balance inside and outside the foam liquid storage tank.
5. Pressure relief/hold-up valve pressure return device ensures the stability of the rated working pressure for the entire equipment.
6. Safety valve emergency depressurization ensures pipeline safety.
7. The device is applicable to any current foam fire extinguishing agents (protein, fluoroprotein, water-forming film, etc.).
8. Foam liquid can be added at any time during the extinguishing process, better meeting the needs of modern large-scale foam fire protection projects.
