Features of the PC Series Vertical Foam Generator:

1. The air foam generator is marked with a product label, indicating the product name, model, specifications, manufacturing date, and manufacturer's name. Prior to installation, the user should refer to Figure 2 and Table 3 for the listed dimensions and assemble the foam nozzle set according to the product model.

2. First assemble the guide plate on the inner wall of the storage tank, then install the foam nozzle assembly and the shell assembly, with the cover plate on top.

3. Conduct a foam jet test once after installation to observe if the foam jet is normal, and whether the water supply pressure of the pump and the inlet pressure of the generator meet the requirements; check for any leakage in the pipeline, and finally install the sealed glass.

4. Ensure the entire pipeline of the air foam generator is clear at all times; regular checks for blockages are necessary. Verify that the sealing glass is intact.

5. To avoid and mitigate damage to the pipeline caused by the deformation of the storage tank wall, it is advisable to install a section of metal flexible hose with the same diameter in the inlet pipeline of the producer.
