Traditional manual inspections, relying on hand-written paper records and handheld detection devices, have shortcomings such as high labor intensity and single detection methods. With intelligent patrolling, operation and maintenance personnel can oversee all key areas on a single screen from the centralized control center.

The remote intelligent patrol system not only features video monitoring capabilities but also can achieve intelligent meter reading and automatic temperature measurement. It can also very sensitively detect unusual noises from gearboxes and brake discs. The all-scenario, 24/7 remote intelligent patrol reduces the need for on-site manual patrols, bringing direct quality and efficiency improvements to frontline work.

Hikvision introduces its new digital product, designed to meet the needs of meter-reading scenarios. The macro metering camera, equipped with a voice coil motor and image clarity algorithm, dynamically adjusts the distance between the lens and the imaging surface, automatically focusing the camera lens on the subject, achieving rapid targeting and assisting with close-range observation needs.

The Sound, Vibration, and Temperature Monitoring Series is designed for predictive maintenance in the new energy industry. It simultaneously collects machine sounds, vibrations, and temperature data in real-time and uploads them. By analyzing long-term, multi-dimensional data, it provides a three-dimensional analysis of equipment conditions, monitoring for faults, diagnosing, and predicting them. It supports two monitoring modes: over-limit alarms and AI model analysis, enabling real-time monitoring of the operational status of pumps, motors, fans, belts, and other machinery, along with early warnings for abnormal faults. Additionally, it offers predictive maintenance services for equipment.

The acoustics imager combines a 64-microphone array with camera lenses, utilizing sound source localization algorithms to pinpoint sounds within the monitored frequency range. It visualizes sound in the form of a color cloud map, illustrating the distribution of sound sources within the field of view, and identifies faults such as partial discharges, gas leaks, and abnormal equipment noises.

Positioning-based temperature measurement optical fibers, integrated with the HIK-DTS high-precision temperature compensation algorithm, accurately restore pipeline temperatures within ±1°C. Real-time visualization on the platform's thermal map, precise feedback of leakage points, early warnings, and rapid response to prevent leakage exacerbation.

When operations personnel are on-site, the intelligent access control system aids in securing the entry of maintenance staff, ensuring smooth passage, and preventing unauthorized individuals from entering. During operations, the system performs intelligent video analysis of the process and promptly alerts for hazardous behaviors.

Fires, as a common disaster, can severely impact the safe operation of new energy stations. The fire protection system is a crucial component for ensuring the safety of new energy stations. Fire detectors can promptly detect fires and, through integration with the fire control main unit and video system, link to display the on-site footage.
