Application Scenarios

Scenario Solution

Equipment Integration
The platform integrates various types and brands of IoT devices, centrally manages equipment resources of cultural and tourism units, and achieves data upload and display. For example, in the cultural and tourism scene, the solution is as follows:

02 Data Monitoring
The platform offers comprehensive lifecycle management services for cultural and tourism equipment data, supporting data collection, storage, conversion, governance, analysis, and monitoring across multiple stages and processing. For instance, in the scenario of monitoring cracks in cultural relics, it can display the current status, historical trends, and real-time warning information.

03 Smart Interconnection
Established an IoT alarm and联动 center to support scenarios such as fire prevention and flood prevention联动, preventive protection monitoring联动, termite prevention联动, and public address system联动. In the event of fire alerts, quickly and accurately locate on the map, conduct real-time verification with cameras, and execute fire prevention plans, achieving intelligent inter-system and inter-business联动.

04 Security Management
The platform offers capabilities such as access authentication, transmission encryption, video watermarking, and privacy protection, ensuring secure management throughout the entire process of cultural heritage video data collection, networking, retrieval, and sharing.

05 Open and Share
We are establishing an Open Center for Internet of Things (IoT) Convergence, targeting upper-level cultural and tourism applications. By offering open and shared resources through an IoT resource catalog and IoT standard interface, we are facilitating innovation in IoT applications for smart cultural and tourism experiences.

Solution Value
Real-time Monitoring:Integrating sensors for crack detection, termite prevention, humidity, and temperature, the system provides real-time monitoring of cultural heritage environments to prevent damage to artifacts caused by abnormal conditions.
Disaster Warning:By integrating AI algorithms, we provide timely warnings for fire, flooding, pest infestations, and geological disasters, minimizing irreversible losses.
Unified Operations:Remote equipment status monitoring and fault alerts reduce maintenance costs.
Business Empowerment:Offering a secure and controllable data sharing mechanism to empower cultural and historical application.
Hikvision x Henan Museum
Technology Guardian Safeguarding Cultural Relics
The Henan Museum boasts an abundant collection and attracts numerous visitors, making safety work particularly crucial. However, due to non-interoperable and incompatible equipment systems, rapid coordination is not possible, causing some difficulties for the management.
Through the Hikvision IoT platform, over 600 video sites, 900 intrusion alarm sites, 1200 fire control sites, and 70 access control devices have been integrated, achieving interconnectivity between various systems and data, breaking the "data island" phenomenon, and providing a more solid guarantee for the sustainable inheritance of cultural heritage.
