Promote the spirit of the rule of law
The People's Courts are advancing the construction of a unified network for court operations across the nation, ultimately connecting four-tiered court networks to enable nationwide judges and staff to handle cases and office work through a single network. Simultaneously, leveraging the intelligent collection and in-depth analysis capabilities of multidimensional judicial data, the initiative provides technical support for optimizing the trial process.
Hikvision's Smart Court Trial System has successfully integrated seamlessly with the "One Network" case handling and office platform across multiple provinces and national courts, achieving efficient integration of the trial function module. The system supports rapid navigation between trial interfaces, court control management (including opening/closing sessions, suspension/resumption of sessions), and in-court document review, among other core functionalities. It also ensures real-time transmission of trial recordings and transcripts, providing a reliable guarantee for the stable operation of the "One Network" system.
The Hikvision Smart Courtroom System, centered around "cross-network, multi-scenario, intensive, and intelligent," offers a diverse range of courtroom services for judges, court clerks, and litigants in various roles.

The Hikvision Smart Courtroom System supports flexible deployment modes, enabling deployment in either single courtroom or centralized configurations. It offers cross-network integration for audio-visual interaction, supporting both optical gate or one-way video projection modes.
The system offers a rich array of intelligent court application features for various participating roles:
Facing the Judge
Judges are allowed to review case files and trial outlines in court, freely access the materials of the current case and the original trial, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the trial. Moreover, judges can also view trial videos, examine trial transcripts, synchronize evidence from the parties' end, mark evidence on the screen, and engage in internal communications with fellow judges and court clerks, effectively managing the pace of the trial.
For Clerks
During the pre-trial stage, court clerks can quickly maintain courtroom discipline and trial transcript templates. Additionally, for evidence materials submitted by parties on the spot, they can immediately scan the evidence materials for in-court electronic presentation. In the trial stage, court clerks can conveniently control the opening and closing of the trial, with a clear view of the trial status and recording status. For trial transcripts, court clerks can quickly enable voice recognition transcription services to complete automatic transcription and utilization. In the post-trial stage, court clerks can immediately file signed transcripts.
For the concerned parties
The system offers a more streamlined operational functionality. Parties can access internet participation through client platforms, mini-programs, and other entry points, allowing them to submit evidence, view court proceedings videos, and sign documents online during the hearing, all to minimize the travel and time costs associated with attending court.
Hikvision's Smart Courtroom System has been successfully implemented in multiple provinces. In the future, we will continue to deepen our technical support and collaborative innovation with the court system, fully advance the follow-up integration of the national court information "one network" project, and provide robust support for the digital transformation of People's Courts through intelligent courtroom solutions.
