Ordinary water-resistant putty with paint coatings only meets the B级 fire resistance rating, which does not fully comply with the fire resistance requirements. In contrast, natural stone powder is a non-combustible material, and its finished wall decoration can achieve an A1 fire resistance rating, significantly enhancing the fire resistance and ensuring the safety of people's lives.

Taking the commercial building project of Beijing's Fuqian Zhongjie commercial financial district as an example, the 180,000 square meter commercial building was structurally completed by the end of February, with an indoor renovation deadline set for the end of May. Due to the tight schedule, the basement was quite damp. If the traditional construction method of using putty and paint was employed, the basement walls and ceiling would need to dry before proceeding, which would undoubtedly delay the entire project. 10.03 Natural stone powder utilizes coarse aggregates as the base leveling layer, offering high strength and excellent durability. Coupled with the stone powder's inherent high strength, the completed construction typically incurs minimal maintenance costs, with a lifespan of around 5 to 10 years. Even if renovation is needed, it does not require the removal of the base layer like putty coatings do; the stone powder application process only necessitates a surface treatment, without the need to remove the base.
