Features of the Evaporative Condenser
The condenser tubes are made of ultra-long, specially-supplied steel pipes, which have been rigorously tested under a 2.5 MPa water pressure. The entire assembly is then hot-dipped galvanized at nearly 430°C.
2. The cabinets are made of high-quality imported or domestic galvanized steel sheets, with the option of electrostatic spraying for coating. The water trays can be made of stainless steel. 3. Special low-noise axial flow fans are used for the blowers, which have a high throwing distance to prevent the backflow of hot air.
4. The pumps feature low power, high flow rate, and low lift for outdoor use and can be equipped with descaling devices upon customer request.
5. The water distributor, water collector, and cooling packing utilize large-flow, clog-resistant nozzles for precise, continuous, and even coverage, eliminating the formation of "dry spots" on the pipe walls. Made from high-quality PVC material, they are resistant to aging and feature a low wind resistance, trough-shaped water absorber, keeping the water droplet rate below 0.001%. The cooling packing is a honeycomb cross-flow structure, suitable for recirculating water cooling.
6. The small flow cooling circulating water evaporates in the condenser tubes, and the ammonia gas condenses into a liquid within the condenser tubes, hence the name "evaporative condenser." The high-intensity evaporation makes evaporative condensers more prone to scale buildup compared to other types of condensers, and there is currently no ideal descaling method. Evaporative condensers with severe scaling lose their energy-saving advantage. Only high-quality cooling water is suitable, so caution should be exercised when selecting the model. Therefore, it cannot be included, but it is an energy-saving product.
