Operating Principle:
The spray water is pumped from the collection tray to the top of the evaporative condenser via the spray pipes. It is then sprayed onto the outer surface of the condenser tubes by nozzles, forming a thin water film. A portion of the water in the film absorbs heat and evaporates into steam, while the rest falls back into the collection tray for recirculation by the pump.
Axial fans force air to be drawn in from the top and the lower side of the side walls, passing through the coil. The saturated moist air with fillings is discharged into the surrounding atmosphere. The droplets carried by the moist air are intercepted by the water collector, effectively controlling the loss of droplet dispersion. The water vapor lost to the atmosphere is replenished with cooling water by the float valve within the system.
