Important Considerations for Evaporative Condensers
After the unit is operational for 24 hours, perform a daily maintenance by cleaning the chilled and cooling water filters. Monitor the pressures of the evaporator and condenser using the pressure gauge on the control panel. Refer to the pressure-temperature chart to check the temperature difference between the evaporator and the chilled water outlet. Pay attention to any trends in their changes.
Inspect the refrigerant filter dryer; if frost buildup is observed at the outlet direction, it indicates a blockage. This issue is often accompanied by low vapor pressure and an increased difference between the vapor temperature and the chilled water outlet temperature. Be mindful to replace the refrigerant filter dryer promptly.
