Evaporative Condenser Product Features
The condenser tubes are made of ultra-long, specially supplied steel pipes, which have been rigorously tested under a 2.5MPa water pressure. The entire structure is then hot-dipped galvanized in a near 430℃ high-temperature environment.

The fan uses a specialized, low-noise axial flow fan, which has a high throw to prevent the return of hot air.
4. The pumps are designed for outdoor use with low power, high flow rate, and low head, and can be equipped with descaling devices according to customer requirements.

Utilizing high-flow, clog-resistant nozzles for water distribution and collection, and cooling fillers, these systems ensure precise and continuous even coverage, eliminating water film "dry spots" on pipe walls. Made from high-quality PVC material, they are resistant to aging and feature low aerodynamic drag, with groove-shaped water absorbers that control water drift to less than 0.001%. The cooling fillers are designed with a honeycomb crossflow structure, ideal for circulating water cooling.
6. The small flow cooling circulating water evaporates in the condensing tubes, and ammonia gas condenses into a liquid within the condensing tubes, hence the name "evaporative condenser." High-intensity evaporation makes evaporative condensers more prone to scale buildup compared to other types of condensers, and there is currently no ideal descaling method. Evaporative condensers with severe scaling lose their energy-saving advantages. Only high-quality cooling water is suitable, so careful selection is required! Therefore, it cannot be listed, but it is an energy-saving product.
