Our company adheres to a development approach of production and research in parallel, focusing on the development and production of precision seamless steel pipes and precision special-shaped seamless steel pipes. We have accumulated nearly 20 years of rich experience in seamless steel pipe production, with refined processes and excellent quality. Our main products include high-precision cold drawn and cold rolled seamless steel pipes, with pipe specifications ranging from φ3×0.4 to φ273×30, achieving an accuracy of ±0.025 and a surface roughness (Ra) of 1.6-0.8-0.2. These pipes are used for precision honing and extrusion pipes in cylinder and hydraulic cylinder bodies. We can also produce various complex cross-section combined thin and thick precision special-shaped pipes, including internal and external straight-tooth pipes and helical-tooth pipes, as well as pipes with unequal wall thicknesses along the longitudinal diameter. Recently, the company has developed vacuum annealed, internally and externally bright, clean pressure and hydraulic steel pipes. Our company boasts a strong technical team and strong new product development capabilities, with 2 senior mechanical design engineers, 2 senior steel pipe process engineers, 8 engineers and technicians, 12 managers, and over 100 employees. The production area covers over 20,000 square meters, equipped with a full set of production equipment and testing methods from hot穿孔 to finished product. We have an annual production capacity of over 20,000 tons, including a 50mm piercing unit, 9 cold drawing machines, 6 cold rolling machines, 2 continuous constant-temperature heat treatment furnaces; as well as a set of seamless steel pipe eddy current testing equipment, a testing center, and a metalworking mechanical and electrical workshop, among other auxiliary production facilities. The complete production equipment and facilities have formed a complete seamless steel pipe production line.
