A quick-opening blind is a mechanical device used on circular openings of pressure pipes or pressure vessels. It typically consists of components such as the cylindrical flange, head cover, hook ring or clamp, sealing ring, safety interlock mechanism, opening and closing mechanism, swing arm, and stub section (if required).

Quick-opening blank flanges are a type of quick-opening cover for pressure vessels, widely used on equipment that requires frequent opening and closing in the natural gas field. Common quick-opening blank flanges are divided into toothed, clamp band, bayonet, locking ring, expanding ring, and fixed pressure ring structures, primarily operated manually.

Our quick-opening blind flange is designed according to ASME VIII Division 1, with finite element stress analysis and structural design. All main pressure components are made from integral forgings, utilizing low-alloy high-strength carbon steel.
