Quick-opening blind flanges are mechanical devices used on circular openings of pressure pipes or pressure vessels. Typically, they consist of components such as the cylindrical flange, head cover, hook ring or clamp, sealing ring, safety interlock mechanism, opening and closing mechanism, swing arm, and short section (if required).

Quick-opening blank flanges are a type of quick-opening cover for pressure vessels, widely used on equipment in the natural gas field that requires frequent opening and closing. Common quick-opening blank flanges are categorized into typical structures such as toothed, clamp band, plug buckle, locking ring, expanding ring, and fixed pressure ring, primarily operated manually.

Our quick-opening blind flange is designed according to ASME Section VIII Div.1, and has been subjected to finite element stress analysis and structural analysis using ANSYS. All major pressure components are manufactured from integral forgings, utilizing low-alloy high-strength carbon steel.
