(1) Method of Application:

① Methods for reinforcing with galvanized wire mainly include: bat shape, inverted bat shape, crisscross, and reversed X shape, etc. Various tensioning methods can be used individually or in combination of two or more. The tensioning should be as symmetrical as possible.

During the tensioning process, wrap the single or double strands of galvanized iron wire back and forth between the tie points on the goods and the vehicle, ensuring the wire strands are as uniformly tight as possible. Some strands will cross and wrap around the rope shaft, then use a winch to tighten them, with the remaining tails facing towards the interior of the vehicle.

Select the牵引direction on the goods reasonably. To prevent horizontal movement of the goods, the牵引direction should be as low as possible; to avoid the goods from tipping over, the牵引direction can be slightly higher.

(2) Important Notes:

① The diameter of galvanized wire used for tensioning must not be less than 4mm, and the diameter of galvanized wire used for binding must be no less than 2.6mm.

Galvanized iron wire should not be used for under-pressure reinforcing as a waist belt, and is generally not used for overall binding.

Do not damage galvanized wire during the tightening process.

④ Prohibit the use of a single operation method involving the wrapping of more than two galvanized iron wires at once.
