This furnace is a new energy-saving product, primarily used for the melting of various aluminum alloys, particularly in places where there is a high volume of recycled materials like aluminum profiles, aluminum products, and where batch intermittent operations are common, such as in the production of aluminum profiles, aluminum products, alloy plates, and scrap aluminum recycling.
II. Key Features:
Energy consumption is low.
The high-temperature flue gas is fully absorbed by the aluminum material inside the vertical furnace during the upward process.
The furnace body is sealed, with excellent thermal insulation properties.
2. Low burn loss
Flames are kept away from the raw materials, as the aluminum is submerged into the molten aluminum.
3. Furnace temperature and aluminum liquid temperature are uniformly distributed.
The combustion occurs along the bottom furnace tangent direction, with a strong and even distribution of gas circulation.
4. High melting speed
Compared to traditional square furnaces, due to the circular furnace's ability to add materials and melt simultaneously, loading the furnace does not consume operation time, and one batch typically melts within 2 to 3 hours.
5. Low labor intensity
The company will load bundled aluminum ingots into the hopper once or twice using forklifts or cranes, and then add them to the furnace top via the feeding mechanism, without the need for manual handling.
B. Bundled aluminum ingots can also be hoisted onto a feeding platform using a crane, and then manually or by a conveying mechanism after un捆ing.
6. User-friendly operation, slag removal with no blind spots.
7. Long kiln life: bottom furnace ≥ 4 years, vertical furnace ≥ 2 years.
III. Main Specifications and Technical Indices (excluding thermal insulation):
Note:
Key Economic Indicators: Refers to the specifications achieved when each furnace reaches its rated capacity, with returned materials not exceeding 30% (clean material), the remainder being aluminum ingots. These specifications are met under the condition that the furnace has entered a state of thermal equilibrium and is operating normally and continuously, from the feeding stage to the point where the aluminum liquid reaches 740°C.
2. The overall height (H) of the furnace and the height of the furnace top operating platform are adjusted appropriately according to the user's workshop conditions (crane height).
3. When using coal gas with a low calorific value or inferior fuel, there will be slight changes in relevant indicators.
