The tilting crucible melting furnace integrates the control system with the furnace chamber. The furnace chamber is insulated with a whole vacuum吸附成型 material. It features imported resistance wire embedded in a programmable manner, a large-diameter quartz furnace cavity, and a vacuum-sealed flange system, allowing for rapid heating of samples in both flowing atmosphere and vacuum conditions. Primarily used for sintering, melting, and analyzing metal, non-metal, and compound materials, the control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, power switch, and main heating start/stop buttons for easy observation at any time.
