The concrete batching plant consists of systems and structural components such as material supply, storage, mixing, discharge, and control. Centralized mixing of cement concrete using a batching plant offers numerous advantages.:

(1) Centralized mixing of cement concrete facilitates strict control over the concrete mix ratios, ensuring the quality of concrete, fundamentally altering the on-site scattered mixing and material preparation scenario.

(2) Centralized mixing of concrete is conducive to the adoption of automation technology, significantly improving labor productivity, saving labor, and reducing costs.

(3) By adopting centralized mixing, the need for mixing equipment installation on-site, sand and stone material storage, and cement storage is eliminated, thereby saving space and preventing waste of raw materials.

Concrete mixers can be categorized into two types: gravity-type and forced-type. Gravity-type mixers can accommodate large drum capacities, suitable for mixing large aggregates.

The compulsory mixer comes in both vertical and horizontal shaft varieties. The compulsory mixer offers superior concrete quality, suitable for mixing low slump and dry concrete.
