Product Details:
The outer ring of the stamping outer ring needle roller bearing is precision-stamped from thin steel plate, forming part of the cage and the entire set of needles. The radial cross-section thickness of the stamping outer ring needle roller bearing is extremely small, yet it has a high load capacity, making it particularly suitable for large-volume products that require cost-effectiveness.
This type of needle roller bearing features an interference fit with the bearing housing, eliminating the need for an axial fixing device. It maintains effective performance even under high speeds and heavy loads. Additionally, due to its large sealing grease capacity, it ensures a longer lubrication interval. Typically, single-row pressed outer ring needle roller bearings do not have oil holes, whereas double-row bearings do.
This type of needle roller bearing generally does not require an inner ring. If an inner ring is needed, the IR type inner ring can be selected.
Cup and needle roller bearings are divided into two types: those with through-holes at both ends (HK type) and those with one end sealed (BK type). Compared to the through-hole type, the sealed-end bearings have one end closed, making them suitable for shaft ends and capable of withstanding slight axial play.
Sealed Pressed Outer Ring Needle Roller Bearings
Sealed pressed outer ring needle roller bearings are equipped with sealing rings for sealing. Under normal operating conditions, they protect the bearings from foreign matter intrusion and grease leakage. Therefore, they can operate for a long time within the temperature range of -20℃ to 120℃. If suitable grease is replenished in a timely manner or used for a short period, they can be used at temperatures up to +130℃.
The seals are made of synthetic rubber with good lip elasticity, lined with steel cores for enhanced mechanical rigidity. Additionally, the seals provide axial guidance for the retainer.
