Precautions for Assembling Ultrasonic Welding Machines

(1) Adjust Ultrasound Parameters

After adjusting parameters, a tensile test must be conducted before production can commence.

If parameters need to be adjusted due to product damage or tensile testing during the production process, the parameter values before and after the adjustment should be recorded in the production daily report and equipment maintenance records.

(2) The operation and inspection should be strictly conducted within the ranges specified on the inspection checklist, based on the combined determination of technology and PE parameters.

Technicians attending the class should strictly follow the checklist to inspect all parameters and promptly address any anomalies.

Unauthorized modification of welding machine parameters is prohibited, and welding pressure adjustments are not allowed.

During the ultrasonic welding process, the welding head heats up, therefore, all our welding machines are equipped with a blowing device. It is the responsibility of the project technicians to inform the line supervisor and on-site operators that they must not arbitrarily turn off the blowing device.

2. Foster a sense of responsibility among line leaders and on-site operators. In the event of any abnormality detected in the welding machines, immediate shutdown and notification to the relevant technical staff is required.
