Features of Small Worm Gear Reducers:
Turbine screw micro-reduction motors utilize gear speed converters to achieve the desired number of rotations from the micro-motor, providing a higher torque. The turbine screw reduction unit consists of a housing, worm and worm gear, bearings, and shaft.
Assembled, the box serves to support and secure the shaft system components, ensuring the correct relative positioning of the driving parts.

The main advantages of the turbine worm micro-reducer motor are its compact structure, fast heat dissipation, simple installation, high speed ratio, high torque, high load-bearing capacity, smooth operation, low noise, and a self-locking feature not found in other micro-reducer motors.

The drawback is low efficiency, usually around 60%, and it's challenging to control backlash. After a longer磨合 period, the backlash is quite significant.
