EPS lines are fire-resistant and difficult to release toxic substances, making them an environmentally friendly decorative building material. This new product is a prefabricated component for the application of a new type of exterior wall finishing line, ideal for outdoor use. On walls with EPS insulation featuring XPS-style thermal insulation, it can showcase a classic European style and an elite decorative design, while also ensuring that the main building's exterior walls do not exhibit cold spots or deformation. It boasts advantages such as easy installation, cost-effectiveness, and long-lasting durability.

Eps seam solution achieved:

All EPS lines are assembled on-site from fixed products. When assembling non-standard length frames, measure the dimensions first and then affix them promptly. During installation, ensure the interfaces are properly aligned and sealed. After the adhesive has been maintained for 24 hours, apply a layer of high-strength grout at the joint, followed by laying a 100mm-wide alkali-resistant mesh or non-alkali mesh, then apply another layer of high-strength grout and let it dry.
 

EPS Line Repair

The eps line installation employs post-reinforcement anchoring construction techniques. Similarly, during the frame installation process, there may be situations of collision or damage. Additionally, due to the obstruction of some steel pipe scaffolding, parts of the frame may need to be cut open, which requires the repair of damaged or cut frames.

In cases where EPS lines are damaged or cut open significantly, the affected area must be prepped first. Then, use EPS sheets to cut out material of the same volume and shape as the damaged section. Apply a specialized adhesive promptly, followed by covering the surface with high-strength grout and alkali-resistant mesh, extending it up to 50mm above the area. The finished surface must integrate seamlessly with the surrounding area to ensure a flat and smooth finish.
