Product Description:
Laboratory Benchtop
Material: The countertop is made of 12.7mm thick solid core melamine board, with reinforced edges at 25.4mm. It is corrosion-resistant, waterproof, heat-resistant, wear-resistant, impact-resistant, non-deforming, non-toxic, easy to clean, and has excellent load-bearing performance.
2. Processing Technology: The outer side of the countertop panel is rounded with small circular arcs, and a waterstop groove is machined at the bottom edge to prevent water from dripping into the cabinet.
3. Installation: High-quality adhesive is used for the panel seams, ensuring gaps are no more than 2mm and maintaining a flat surface. Adjacent countertops are kept at the same level.
Section 2: Lab Bench Cabinet
1. Case Material: The cabinet structure is made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate formed by stamping, with all surfaces treated with EPOXY RESIN powder electrostatic spraying, offering resistance to acids and alkalis, chemical protection, moisture proof, high temperature resistance, and wear resistance. The internal partitions are supported by four steel layer plates, allowing adjustable height, with a 13mm vertical movement, and a load capacity of 30kg. The cabinet features a separate, removable structure, enabling individual or combined use of the cabinets.
2. Coating Thickness: All laboratory table steel surfaces are electrostatically powder coated with epoxy resin, applied evenly with a thickness of not less than 50μM (±5%), and exhibit strong corrosion resistance.
3. Activity Back Panel: The central section of the middle console (behind the cabinet) serves as an equipment interlayer. The rear of the cabinet features a removable partition, which is used to conceal water, electrical, and gas pipelines from the ground or ceiling to the lab benchtop. Access to the maintenance channel can be made without the use of any tools.
4. Cabinet Drawers: With PVC concealed handles, each drawer features a silent positioning function, supports over 35kg, and is made from 1.0mm thick cold-rolled steel pressed into shape. All cabinet surfaces are coated with EPOXY RESIN powder electrostatic spray, offering acid and alkali resistance, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, high-temperature resistance, and wear resistance. Both sides use a three-section track design for easy extension and retraction, making it convenient to store or retrieve items.
5. Cabinet Door Panels: Made from 1.0mm thick cold-rolled steel sheet, all cabinet surfaces are treated with EPOXY RESIN powder electrostatic spraying, offering resistance to acids and alkalis, chemicals, moisture, high temperatures, and wear. The cabinet doors are designed with double-layer soundproofing.
6. Base: Equipped with high-strength ABS adjustable feet, featuring stainless steel screws, nylon cover, and rubber base combination structure for corrosion resistance, shock absorption, and balance adjustment; adjustable height 0~30mm.
7. Hinges: DTC brand, opening and closing arc ≥110°, aesthetically pleasing, noiseless during operation, with over 80,000 cycles, excellent rust and corrosion resistance, meeting international hardware industry standards.
8. Guideways: Equipped with DTC brand limit multi-section guideways, load-bearing capacity ≥ 25kg, destructive testing can exceed 50,000 times, meeting international hardware industry standards.
9. Handle: PVC concealed pull handle, burr-free, smooth to the touch, resistant to mild acids and alkalis.
Section 3: Reagent Shelves
1. Reagent Rack Pillars: Consisting of three main parts: a, a pedestal-style square column with a height of 720mm; b, functional module W*H: 150mm x 300mm; c, shelf panels: lengths of 1200mm, 1500mm, and 1800mm, width of 300mm, pillar wall thickness of 1.2mm milled by CNC equipment, with routing capability within the pillar structure and adjustable holes. The panels can be adjusted up and down, and the surface is treated with EPOXY RESIN powder electrostatic spray painting, offering resistance to acids and alkalis.
2. Lab Rack Shelves: The shelves are made from 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, formed by die-casting. All cabinet surfaces are treated with EPOXY RESIN powder electrostatic spraying, offering resistance to acids and alkalis, chemicals, moisture, high temperatures, and abrasion. Safety glass is placed on the horizontal架 to hold chemical samples. Each shelf can be freely adjusted up and down, equipped with reinforcement devices below, and features a stainless steel guard rail at the front edge.
3. Accessories: Electric, gas, and water cocks can be installed on the reagent shelf.
4. Outlets: Universal 220V outlets are installed on both sides of the支柱 or along the conduit slots, all outlets comply with the CCC standard.
Four: Laboratory Bench Water, Electricity, and Gas Accessories
1. Eye Wash Station: High-luminosity epoxy resin coating, corrosion and heat resistant, UV radiation protection. Spray Head: Soft rubber, gentle water flow treated to form a bubbly water column, preventing eye injury. Metal Ring Clip: Locks water flow, easy to use. Water Control Valve: Thick copper construction, high-density PP handle, the door closes automatically when closed.
2. Lab Dragon Head: Laboratory-grade chemical dragon head, made of copper with a surface treated with acid-resistant paint, offering resistance to acids, alkalis, and rust. Valves are precision ceramic castings, and the outlet is made of PVC material.
3. Sink: Made of high-density black pure PP material, one-piece molding with a thickness of over 5mm, featuring elasticity, resistance to acids and alkalis, heat resistance, and organic solvents.
4. PP drip rack: Both the frame and drip bars are made of PP material, with a drainage hole in the center of the base tray.
5. Sink: Integrated PP sink design, resistant to corrosion, acids, alkalis, heat, and organic solvents.
