Product Description:
Full steel laboratory table top: Made of 12.7mm solid-core chemical and physical board, it features corrosion resistance, antibacterial properties, moisture resistance, high-temperature resistance, impact resistance, scratch resistance, and wear resistance, with a耐受 temperature of 135 degrees.
2. Full Steel Lab Bench Cabinet: The cabinet is made of 1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate, coated with epoxy powder paint, ensuring even application and a thickness of not less than 50UM (±5%). The cabinet features an independent, detachable structure, allowing individual or combined use of the cabinets.
3. Cabinet/Drawer Panels: Made of 1.2mm cold-rolled steel, coated with epoxy powder paint for easy function labeling on the cabinets, and equipped with anti-collision strips on the inside of the cabinet doors.
4. Door hinge: Concealed type, high-gloss stainless steel material, surface treated with epoxy resin coating, non-welded method to fix hinges or hinges to the cabinet and door. Load-bearing capacity: ≥90kg (≥60,000 times).
5. Full steel cabinet/frame/level board
Cold rolled steel sheet, surface coated with epoxy powder.
b. All lab cabinets with cabinet doors are equipped with adjustable shelves, which can be freely adjusted in 20mm increments.
c. The shelves are supported by four shelf clips, with a load-bearing capacity exceeding 50kg.
d. Deck thickness: 1.2mm.
6. The central section (rear of the cabinet) serves as an equipment bulkhead, designed to conceal water, electrical, and gas pipelines from ground-mounted or ceiling-mounted functional columns to the laboratory work surface. Additionally, each lab is equipped with a removable maintenance panel for easy assembly and disassembly.
7. Chemical Rack
a. Double-layer frame with square steel sections of 40*60mm and wall thickness not less than 1.5mm, 1.2mm thick electrostatic powder coated steel plate with epoxy resin, and stainless steel pipes for railing.
b. All water, electricity, and gas control components are mounted on the functional columns, with pipelines concealed within the columns.
c. Single-sided frosted tempered glass with a thickness of ≥10mm.
3 Fire Hoses Nozzles
a. Copper body with ceramic valve core.
b. Surface treated for corrosion resistance, robust and durable with excellent sealing properties.
9. Sink
The sink is designed for flush installation, requiring a deep sink model. It is made of imported high-density PP material, molded in one piece with a thickness of 5mm.
b. Equipped with filter water pads, filter lifting baskets, and a plastic water stopper lid. Additionally, includes a corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, easy-to-clean combination sink drain plug with a臭 prevention device.
c. Sink is made of one-piece PP, resistant to corrosion, acids, alkalis, heat, and organic solvents.
