Countertops and cabinet materials can be customized according to customer requirements.
1. Operational Surface: Constructed with solid-core melamine board at 12.7mm thickness, resistant to corrosion, water, and high temperatures (up to 140℃). The edges are reinforced to prevent water droplets from entering the cabinet, and is easy to clean and maintain.
2. Cabinet Door Panel: Features 18mm E1 grade melamine faced particleboard.
3. Cabinet Material: Fashionable gray melamine moisture-proof board (Jilin Lushuihe brand), 18mm thick, with 1mm thick PVC edging.
4. Cabinet Dimensions: External dimensions are available in 450mm, 600mm, 900mm, and 1200mm, with heights of 550mm or 600mm. They can be assembled into side desks, central desks, with varying lengths, heights, and configurations to suit different usage scenarios. The cabinet load-bearing capacity is 150kg/m².
5. Track: Stainless steel three-section silent slide rail with plastic wheels, load-bearing capacity of 15kg (over 100,000 cycles), featuring non-rebound and automatic lock functions, with collision pads on the inner surface of the drawer.
6. Hinge: The hinge is a concealed, high-gloss stainless steel hinge with an epoxy resin finish, featuring an automatic closing function and an opening angle of up to 180 degrees.
7. Pull Handles: D-shaped handles are made of stainless steel, resistant to acids and alkalis and wear, integrally formed, with a surface treated with epoxy resin.
8. Lab Dragon Head: Equipped with laboratory-grade chemical dragon head, made of copper with a surface treated with acid-resistant paint for corrosion and rust resistance. Valves are precision ceramic cast, and the outlet is made of PVC material.
9. Sink: Made of high-density black pure PP material, one-piece molding, thickness over 5mm, with elasticity, resistant to acids and alkalis, heat, and organic solvents.
10. Lab Rack: Constructed with 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, molded for shape, and finished with EPOXY RESIN powder electrostatic spraying for resistance to acids and alkalis and high-temperature tolerance. The shelves are made of 8mm thick tempered glass. The height of the lab rack is adjustable, and it comes with a power outlet.
