Product Description:

This platform is designed for a 1 in 100,000 precision balance.Equipped with a secondary shock absorption system, it effectively absorbs the majority of vibrations in the environment. One of the shock absorption components features a 85-degree rubber shock-absorbing pad, capable of eliminating vibrations ranging from 18 to 32 Hz in the environment; another component utilizes a 60mm thick granite top, which can eliminate vibrations between 3 to 10 Hz. These vibrations are primarily caused by foot steps, breathing sounds when someone approaches, wind noise, and traffic on the highway. The worktop is divided into two sections: the granite top, 60mm thick, is used for placing the balance, while the other parts are solid-core melamine boards.

Top Surface: Constructed with a solid core melamine board measuring 12.7mm thick, featuring a 350*400*40mm thick natural marble insert, equipped with shock-absorbing pads.

2. Frame: The main supporting structure of the mezzanine is welded from 40*60mm steel pipes. The surface of the steel material is treated with electrostatic spraying of epoxy resin to prevent rust. Adjustable feet are installed at the junction of the vertical frame and the ground, with an adjustment range of no less than 30mm.

3. Sheets: 1.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plate embedded in the frame, with electrostatic powder coating treatment.

4. Footing: Rubber anti-slip shock-absorbing, adjustable height 0-50mm.
