Product Description:
A gas cylinder cabinet is a fully intelligent control system that automatically identifies and alarms for gases such as liquefied gas, coal gas, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and smoke. The product is available in single, double, triple, and multi-bottle configurations. It is widely used in semiconductor industries, research institutions, universities, factories, mining enterprises, chemical industries, purification processes, magnetic materials, and microbiological research departments.
Material
Cabinet: Made of1.2mm thick cold rolled steel plate, surface phosphatized (Note: The steel plate is degreased and rust-removed to form a protective film on its surface, enhancing powder adhesion rate and durability) followed by EPOXY epoxy resin coating and then baked at high temperature. The structure features a full steel double door.
Clamp: Utilizing3mm thick steel plate, surface phosphatized treatment (removes oil and rust from the steel plate, forms a protective film on the surface for enhanced corrosion resistance), followed by EPOXY epoxy resin coating and baked in an oven for high-temperature curing.
Collar Chain: Made of interlocking steel chain, surface phosphatized treatment (removing oil and rust from steel plates, forming a protective film on the surface for enhanced corrosion resistance).Epoxy resin coating, then baked in an oven for high-temperature curing.
Window: Utilizing5mm thick flat glass, with steel rim fixed and reinforced with transparent silicone for enhanced adhesion.
Label: Uses national standard fire safety label, gas cylinder safety warning label.
Configuration: Industrial Link Lock1 pc, made of round steel hinge by lathe turning, phosphated and epoxy resin coated. Both sides have threaded pipe holes for easy connection of gas cylinder tubes and alarms to related equipment or power supply.
Alarms: Equipped with imported high-sensitivity detection probes, the gas sensors come in various specifications to meet the requirements of different gases. The system is configured with an automatic gas detection and alarm device, which will trigger an alarm automatically when the concentration of the set gas in the cabinet reaches the preset value.
Airflow System: EmployedMAXAIR model fan, paired with an alarm device, directly connected, automatically activates the exhaust system within 5 seconds of an alarm, diluting flammable gas concentration to below the chip set cut-off value.
Activity Flipper: Utilized3mm thick steel plate, surface phosphatized (degreases and rusts the steel plate, forming a protective film on the surface for enhanced corrosion resistance), followed by EPOXY epoxy resin coating and high-temperature curing in an oven. Designed for use with fixed hinges for ease in gas cylinder loading and unloading.
