Product Description:

One. Ventilation cabinet material and structure 

1. Shell: One-piece formed glass steel shell with a thickness of not less than 10mm. Constructed with flame-retardant resin and high-strength glass fiber, coated with imported rubberized fabric and mold degreaser for an aesthetically pleasing and vibrant appearance. Ventilation cabinet top is shielded with boarding material identical to the cabinet body. No intake vent is set; the operable depth inside is not less than 1250mm. The total length of the floor-standing ventilation cabinet is long, and it should be designed as an independent unit of 1800mm-2000mm, with a separate top design and removable partitions between units.

2. Use double-layered 3mm+3mm safety glass with interlayer film for sliding doors, or opt for other glass products with superior performance.

3. Sliding door hinges are made of steel hinges and chain gears.

4. Handles: Made of aluminum alloy, corrosion-resistant, with high luster and a stylish appearance. The distance between the handle and the panel is not less than 25mm, making it easy to operate with thick gloves.

5. The fume hood is internally sealed to prevent air leakage and will not allow liquid to accumulate. Standard fume hoods are made of polyethylene or similar materials.

All internal connection devices are fully concealed and corrosion-resistant. No exposed screws.

7. External connection devices are resistant to chemical corrosion, featuring stainless steel components or non-metallic materials wrapped in polyvinyl chloride.

8. The ventilation cabinet lining material exhibits excellent chemical resistance.

9. The fume hood exterior features anti-chemical corrosion signage.

10. The ventilation cabinet is robustly constructed with a double-layer frame support, featuring a thickness of not less than 114mm.

11. The fume hood cabinet is constructed with a two-section top-hinged, bottom-swing double-door design, featuring adjustable shelves inside. The bottom of the door panels has ventilation louvers, and the back panel can be easily removed for convenient inspection.

Exhaust Outlet: Round or rectangular exhaust outlets with beveled flange connections to minimize gas turbulence.

13. Sliding Doors: The sliding doors of the ventilation cabinet allow for a clear view of the working area inside the cabinet.

14. Safety glass is installed in a polyvinyl chloride track.

15. The balancing system includes weights, pulleys, hinges, and other components. It prevents the sliding door from tilting and can be operated with one hand.

16. Can lift and lower sliding doors with a force of no more than 2.3 Kg.

17. Sliding doors can stop at any operational position. In the event of an unexpected hinge issue, the door will not descend.

18. Sliding doors feature rubber cushioning for opening and closing.

19. The fume hood offers a good field of vision.

Section 2: Ventilation Cabinet Lining Material 

1. Constructed with a monolithic 6mm glass steel plate, it is resistant to acids, alkalis, corrosion, high temperatures, humidity, friction, and impact. All corners are rounded for smooth handling. The three-section incline design facilitates the release of gases of different densities, ensuring no dead corners in the cabinet. The flow plates and inner lining plates are designed for easy removal, making cleaning and installation convenient.

2. The lining material has a smooth surface and is white.

3. The bending strength of the lining material is not less than 6.8 kg/cm³.

Section, Rear Panel, and Front Trim

Utilizing not less than10mm fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) is used for one-time molding. The side columns are formed using a proprietary FRP mold. The surface is coated with epoxy resin, offering resistance to corrosion and acid/alkaline. Side panels are equipped with maintenance access ports. The door panels are made with resin gelcoat and glass fiber molds.

Four: Work Surface 

1. Countertop: Requires countertop to withstand high temperatures over 800°C, with good resistance to scratching, bending, and easy to clean. Ventilated fume hood countertops should have an outer edge (should be more than 5mm thicker than the internal thickness), with an internal 13mm thick solid laboratory-grade lab board.

2. Diverter Plate: The diverter plate should match the lining material and guide the exhaust of the ventilation cabinet gases out of the cabinet.

3. The exhaust slots and the diffuser are aligned vertically.

4. The exhaust groove is not less than 430mm away from the worktop in the horizontal direction.

5. The working depth at the top of the ventilation cabinet is not less than 480mm.

6. The turbulence plate bracket is made of non-metallic materials.

Fifth, Accessories 

1. The faucet head valve is color-coded at the nozzle and installed inside the fume hood. Its control handwheel is on the outside of the hood, with the handles marked in different colors.

2. The fume hood is equipped with imported one-time molded PP small cup grooves, which are acid and alkali-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

3. The accessories inside the fume hood (dragon head nozzles) are made of brass, coated with epoxy resin on the outside, and are imported products.

4. Fume Hood Lighting: Two fluorescent tubes, quick-start type. Ballast is installed externally to the fume hood.

5. White, highly reflective plastic material inside the lighting cover.

6. The lighting unit features a safety glass panel on top, which is sealed to the cabinet.

7. Lighting fixtures include bulbs.

8. Lighting Brightness: 80 candles.

Six: Three-prong grounded electrical outlet220V, 10 and 16 Amps.
