Fault 1: The cold cutting blade of the flat mouth machine cannot cut through.

If you often operate machines, you'll notice that the cold cutting blade of a flat-blade machine always fails to cut through. Perhaps you've already consulted the manufacturer and asked the workshop veterans, but it may still not be resolved. In fact, when encountering such issues, we should first check if the blade is sharp and needs resharpening; also, inspect the balance of the upper and lower blades. Over time, due to wear, the blade slider can create gaps, leading to an imbalance in the blades.

Issue 2: The flat bottom machine cuts three or more bags, with varying sizes in length and width.

Such issues can be easily resolved; we simply need to place a layer of padding behind the thin film-covered roller to achieve even distribution with other materials.

Issue 3: Why did the spring in the flat-head machine break?

The sticky strips were not properly adhered, causing them to curl up and get caught in the spring, which would then break. Therefore, during our daily operations, we must ensure to self-inspect that the sticky strips are properly attached. Additionally, an uneven material or a clump being forced into the胶 roller can also lead to the spring not functioning properly and breaking.

Issue 4: Significant Differences in the Sealing Edges of the Bone Bag Forming Machine?

Ensure the aluminum roller is properly adjusted so that both edges are pressed evenly, thereby avoiding such occurrences.

Issue 5: Why is the edge sealer often sticking to the conveyor belt when cutting self-adhesive strips?

The self-adhesive strip is misaligned and stuck to the conveyor belt. It is necessary to adjust the self-adhesive position of the edge纠偏 machine at the back, and ensure that the edge纠偏 electric eye is positioned correctly at the self-adhesive position to prevent misalignment.

Why does the OPP edge cut have frayed or burst edges?

The hot knife and suction arm were not properly adjusted; the normal operation is for the hot knife to cut down and up 2 centimeters, and then the suction arm sends the material out.

Issue 7: Are the finished products cut by the edge sealing machine uneven in length?

The spring was not properly compressed, causing the rubber roller to slip, or the back clamp was too tight, requiring adjustment to the correct tension.

Issue 8: What to Do When Material Clogs in Front of the Cold Cutting Blade on a Flat Blade Machine?

This issue likely arises due to the excessive strength of the bag sealer. Apply a rubber band to secure a small piece of cardboard on the screw of the blade support, and the resulting tape will simultaneously hold down the emerging bags.

Issue 9: Uneven thickness in the output and winding of the blowing film machine, what to do if one side is thinner?

Apply a wrap around the thin edge of the electronic stand until it is properly secured.

Issue 10: What to do if the feeding of the printing bags is not smooth and the photoelectric eyes are not sensitive enough?

First, check if the eyelet is being used correctly. The sensitivity of the eyelet to color has certain considerations. If the bag is monochromatic, use blue; for darker colors, use red. Red can be used for both monochromatic and darker colors. The roller under the eyelet of the edge-correcting machine should be sprayed black. If the bag is a single color and quite heavy, a white background would be better.

Problem 11: What should I do if the new machine cannot cut through a thin film after it has been unpacked for a short period, or if it cannot cut through at a specific spot?

The issue may arise due to the slider on the upper blade undergoing a period of wear, resulting in excessive clearance between the slider and the copper shims, which in turn prevents the cutting blade from cutting through. Adjust the top gap of the copper shims (M6 internal angle) until the upper blade slider cannot be moved by hand, but do not tighten it too much.

When cutting 15-20 sheets per minute, the absence of noticeable vibration in the upper blade beam indicates that the gap tension is just right. Additionally, the spring pressure of the upper blade beam can be adjusted.

How to Address the Issue of Fault 12: Loose Sealing on Flange Machines and R Machines?

Check for any jamming in the hot knife: Inconsistent sealing due to a jammed hot knife can result in some seals being secure while others are not.

Check if the blade has deformed or bent due to heating. The method is to rotate the heated blade to the bottom position, and when the heated blade is about to touch the silicone roller or plate, judge whether the blade has bent through the light transmission method. If it is bent, repair the flatness of the blade edge.

Check if the electron beam for the film is too strong, test with a film that hasn't been electron-beamed yet. Inspect for any significant changes at the sealed cuts if applicable. If there are, it indicates that the film roll has an overly strong electron beam. Suggest replacing the roll.
