The Strong Disperser is a multi-functional high-speed dispersing equipment, equipped with 2 high-speed motors and 1 low-speed motor, capable of speeds up to 3,000 RPM. The Strong Disperser is suitable for mixing materials such as silicone sealant, electronic sealant, RTV, epoxy, polyurethane, cosmetics, and lithium batteries; it offers robust dispersing effects, allowing solid-liquid-powder-cream materials to be thoroughly mixed under high-speed movement. The Strong Disperser meets the process requirements of homogenization blending, polymerization reaction, vulcanization, sulfonation dispersing, dissolution, and quality adjustment in the chemical industry, and both the blending process and equipment can be customized as requested.

Cautionary Notes for Disperser Shutdown:
First, shut off the main motor to stop the impeller from rotating completely.
2. Turn on the up button for the disperser, raising the main shaft impeller above the container to clean the impeller.

Preparation Before Starting the Vacuum Strong Dispersing Machine
1. Check if the oil level of the disperser is filled to the specified position; when the oil level is low, it should be topped up to the required level; when the oil level is high, it should be drained to the specified position.
2. Check if the tension of the V-belt is appropriate.
3. The impeller should rotate smoothly by hand without any grinding noise.
4. Inspect for any loose fasteners and check for any leakage at the sealing points.
5. Turn on the main motor of the disperser and check if the direction of stirring is the same as specified by the equipment.
6. Ensure all checks are correct before powering on.

Vacuum High-Efficiency Disperser Structure:
This machine consists of a base, kettle lid, drive system, kettle body, hydraulic lifting system, and electrical control system.
1. Base: Welded structure.
2. Vessel: Made of stainless steel, equipped with rubber casters at the bottom and an outlet, the outer wall features a locking clamp for secure positioning.
3.釜盖 & Transmission System:釜盖, sealing device, reducer, motor, variable-frequency inverter
4. Dispersing Mixing System: Three operating mechanisms, one low-speed mixer (anchor paddle + PTFE scraper), scraping along the side and bottom, and two high-speed dispersing shears (butterfly paddle + dispersing disc).
5. Hydraulic lifting system: consists of plungers, hydraulic cylinders, oil tanks, sealing devices, motors, gear pumps, valves, piping, etc.
6. Electrical Control System: This system is for the control operation of the complete set of equipment. It consists of an electrical control cabinet and an operator button panel.
7. Vacuum System: Equipped for vacuum extraction, consisting of a vacuum pump, vacuum buffer tank, and vacuum piping, for exhaust and defoaming.
