Principle of Operation for the Twin-Screw Power Mixture Machine:
The twin-screw vacuum mixer operates with two parallel agitator blades rotating at a fixed ratio. As they revolve around the mixing drum, they also spin rapidly on their own axis. Simultaneously, a scraper blade rotating in sync with the revolution continuously moves material from the drum's inner wall towards the agitator blades. The direction of the mixer's rotation can be either in the same direction or opposite to the revolution, achieving different shearing objectives.
2. The two separate power-driven high-speed dispersal gear discs also rotate along with the drum's rotation inside the mixing drum for efficient dispersion and emulsification. The high-speed dispersal gear discs are variable frequency controlled, allowing for self-determined speed based on the production process.
3. High-speed dispersion and low-speed stirring methods allow for complete and uniform emulsification and blending of materials in a shorter period of time, particularly suitable for solid-solid, solid-liquid, and liquid-liquid phase dispersion and shearing mixing.
