High-Efficiency Base Material Machine - an advanced equipment for silicone rubber base material production. Suitable for the production of polyurethane sealant, mold胶, coatings, electrode pastes, etc. Available in three models: 3000L, 4000L, and 5000L. Used for rapid dispersion, mixing, and stirring of powder-liquid and liquid-liquid materials. The machine features a gantry structure with a hydraulic lifting device for easy cylinder movement, discharge, and cleaning. The mixing is composed of dual high-speed dispersing shafts and a low-speed V-shaped scraper for the bottom and sides. Both high and low-speed shafts are equipped with variable frequency control, along with a unique mechanical seal and positioning device for easy operation. 3. Screw Feeding Equipment – A device for powder material delivery. The equipment features a two-section screw structure, variable frequency control, and is interconnected with an efficient base material mechanical and electrical control system. This enables the base material machine to disperse at high speed throughout the entire powder feeding process, preventing clumping of the powder, ensuring the dispersion effect of the base material, and effectively enhancing its fineness.
