PlanetsPower Mixing MachineIt is a power mixing and dispersing equipment with no dead spots. The power mixer features a unique stirring mechanism with a stationary feeding drum. The dispersing disk and stirring blades of the power mixer achieve a planetary motion, both rotating around and around their own axis, with adjustable speed variations to create complex material movement. This results in intense shearing and kneading, ensuring thorough dispersion and mixing of the material without any dead spots.
Cautionary Note:
Before lifting the kettle lid, the vent valve must first be opened to ensure the kettle body is at atmospheric pressure, then the lid lift button can be pressed.
(2) Do not insert your hand or any tools into the pot body when the lid is lowering, as this may cause a safety accident related to breakfast.
(3) Upon each startup, verify the vacuum pump oil level, ensuring it remains within the oil gauge's range. In case of low oil levels, promptly replenish with the same brand of lubricant.
(4) When operating the clutch power supply within the switch control cabinet, please exercise caution. Avoid contact with any wire terminals or exposed wires to prevent electric shocks and injuries.
Before vacuuming, it is essential to ensure that the material inside the kettle is fully moist to prevent the powder from being extracted, which could affect the lifespan of the vacuum pump.
(6) No metal or hard objects are allowed inside the kettle to prevent damage to the machinery.
(7) Special Attention: Efforts should be made to prevent the operation of rotating components (dispersion, mixing, and scraping) away from the mixing vessel to avoid any accidents.
(8) The high-speed dispersal shaft should avoid running at high speed with no load. It should gradually increase speed from slow to fast during operation, never sudden high-speed acceleration. When stopping, it should also decelerate gradually from fast to slow.
(9) The system pressure of this equipment has been adjusted before shipment; please do not adjust the valves of the hydraulic system at will. Otherwise, any responsibility will be yours.
