The强力分散机 is a high-performance blending equipment that combines no dead-point high and low-speed mixing. It is suitable for solid-liquid, liquid-liquid phase material mixing, reaction, dissolution, and dispersion processes in industries such as chemical, light industry, food, building materials, etc. This includes the production of adhesives, electronic silicones, silicone sealants, glass adhesives, structural adhesives, building sealants, weather-resistant sealants, automotive sealants, encapsulating adhesives, high-viscosity pastes, paste-like materials, lubricants and paints, creamy cosmetics, inks and pigments, emulsions, creamy foods, and additives.
Robust Disperser Structure:
This machine is composed of the base, pot cover, transmission system, pot body, hydraulic lifting system, and electrical control system.
Base: Welded structure.
2. Vessel: Made of stainless steel, featuring rubber caster wheels and a discharge outlet at the bottom, with a locking clamp for secure positioning on the outer wall.
